How long does it take to set up restaurant billing software?

Can I switch from Petpooja or another POS without losing my data?
- Yes. You can export your existing menu and customer data from your current provider and load it into HospitPro during setup, and you can export everything back out of HospitPro at any time in CSV, Excel or PDF. Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
- There is no annual contract. HospitPro bills month-to-month and you can cancel any time from your dashboard, with access continuing until the end of the period you already paid for. Annual billing is optional if you prefer it.
Do you charge commission on my restaurant's orders?

What happens after the 14-day free trial ends?
- Your account is simply suspended until you pick a paid plan. Nothing is charged automatically, and no card is needed to start the trial. Your data is retained for 30 days, so you can subscribe later and pick up exactly where you left off.
Are the invoices actually GST-compliant?
- Yes. HospitPro generates itemised tax invoices with a consecutive invoice number series per GSTIN, as required under Rule 46(b), and produces GST-ready reports for filing. Always have your CA verify returns before filing with the GSTN portal.
